That’s What They Said is a UK voiceover agency founded by me, Paige – a former producer at 4Creative, Channel 4’s in-house creative agency. With over a decade of experience in creative production, casting, and voice direction, I’ve always had a passion for discovering fresh voiceover talent and championing new voices in the industry.

We represent a curated roster of professional UK voice actors – from versatile character performers and authentic regional accents, to multilingual voice artists and even trained vocalists. Every voice on our books has been hand-picked for their skill, originality and professionalism – and they’re all ready to bring your script to life.

Whether you’re casting for a TV or radio commercial, corporate video, explainer animation, audiobook, or video game, we’ll match you with the right voice for your brief. And if we don’t have the perfect fit? We’ll go out and find them – fast.

Many of our artists are fully equipped to record remotely, so you can expect fast turnarounds and studio-quality audio – wherever you're based. We also offer free auditions of your script, so you can be sure you have found the one, before you commit!

As a small, agile agency, we’re flexible on rates and always keen to work within your budget.

We also get the production process – because we’ve been there. Need studio recording, remote sessions directed by the client, or post-production services? We’ve got trusted partners who can handle it all, and we’re happy to manage it for you from start to finish.
