We do not consent to our Talents performances, voices, likeness and intellectual property and associated rights or personal data being collected, recorded, used, reproduced or processed for the purposes of data mining, digitisation, synthetisation or performance cloning with digital technologies, machine learning systems or equivalent technology present or future for any purpose or in any context

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
